Natratex trials on Weston-Super-Mare Promenade

Weston-Super-Mare's promenade covers over 13,000 square meters of the seafront and is a popular attraction for tourists, shows and various events throughout the year. As the seafront is undergoing redevelopment and the iconic pier is being rebuilt after a fire in July 2008, the promenade is one of Weston's prominent places which needs resurfacing with a product that is bright, uplifting and reflective of the seafront.

A Natratex product has been trialled on the promenade that was developed and experimented with at the plant in order to obtain a colour to meet the guidelines and also maintain a high PSV value (skid tolerance) as it will be largely used by pedestrians.
