1. Softens the surface of the laid material allowing for impregnation of new binder before evaporation.
2. Leaves the surface with a new binder film

Application and Preparation

Installation is similar to that of FortSeal™ and SealaPave™ which involves ensuring the surface is free of dust, dirt, oil, grease, fuel, mud, leaves and foliage. Ideal temperatures for applying NatraSeal™ is between 10°C and 30°C at a rate of 0.5 litres per square metre. The treated area can be usable after a minimum of 8 hours, however in high ambient temperatures for example summer time, the treated area can be in use within fewer hours at the discretion of the installer considering climate conditions. Driveways with an incline of more than 10° are not suitable for a NatraSeal™ application as the material will run and not adhere. The surface for treatment must be free from standing water before, during and after the application for at least 8 hours and the environment must be frost free throughout the application process.
