Easypatch™ is a patching material which is applied cold. There is no need for hot asphalt as Easypatch™ can be applied to any shape hole, needs no compacting, and is cost effective.

The system itself initially requires the user to clear the pothole of any loose aggregate and apply a coating of EasyPatch™ to the sides and bottom of the hole to seal it. With the aggregate that was removed, or with some alternative aggregate (ideally 10/6mm to dust, depending on size of hole) mix this into the pothole with Easypatch™ emulsion. This can be applied in layers to build the patch so that it is flush with the top of the existing surface. Depending on the weather, the patched area can be trafficked after approximately 15-20 minutes.
